WVLL Standard Refund:
If a player decides to withdraw, a refund of the registration fee is available only up until the time of a player's first game. If uniforms have already been ordered, the amount refunded will be the registration amount less the cost of the uniform given West Valley Little League is unable to cancel the order or recoup the cost once uniform orders are submitted. If you withdraw after the start of the first game, the registration fee will not be refunded. If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
WVLL COVID-19 Disclaimer:
WVLL is committed to our players, our community and our players families. As with 2020 when we cancelled the Spring season we will continue to be flexible and make sure that should our League have to cancel the season due to COVID-19 or some such governance that we work diligently to provide any committed registrations back to the WVLL families. Our community was pivotal in keeping our non-profit 501c3 Little League alive in 2020 due to generous donations of Spring 2020 registration fees. We hope to not be put in that position going into 2022.
